The store assistant was super kind and helpful. Even though i dont speak Japanese, the lady from the shop offered to let me feed the otters and hold an owl. Super fun experience!

Had a great time! Saw owls, flying squirrels, and porcupines, and the otters were a lot of fun. The staff were quite busy, and we needed their attention to do some things.

2023年にお店を新しくされたのかな？室内は、とても綺麗で清潔でした。臭いもありません。 いろんな種類の動物さん達がたくさんいます。みんないい子で可愛かったです。 とくに可愛かったのがフラミンゴちゃん！ご機嫌が悪いとクチバシアタックしてきます。お腹にくらいました。 あと発達障害があるぽっちゃりカワウソくん！竜巻みたいにクルクル回転していました。 それから看板ベンガル猫ちゃん！撫でてとばかりに勝手に膝の上に乗ってきます。 時間は11時30分のオープン時間に合わせて行くとみんなご飯をたくさん食べてくれます。

カフェスペースと触れ合いスペースは扉で仕切られていました。入店はカフェ部分で、最初誰もおらず…？？どうぶつスペースから店員さんがでてきてくれました。 見学コース、触れ合い1時間、触れ合い無制限と3つのコースがありました。プラスカフェメニュー(ドリンク？)も選べるそうです。オプションで「カワウソ触れ合い10分間」があり、カワウソ推しの娘のためにオプション付けました。最初は店員さんが抱っこしてくれているドンちゃんを撫でるだけだったのですが、ゲージの中に入って触って良いですよと言われ、足の上にドンちゃんが乗っかってくれました10分以上(滞在中ずっと…)ドンちゃんと触れ合えました‼大喜び 小動物も店員さんに頼めばケージから出して触らせてもらえます。ヘビも好きなので愛でておりました別室に猫とモルモットなどの小動物もいました。 なかなかのお値段ですが、カワウソに触れることを考えると子どもへのプレゼント体験としてアリかなと思います。娘が 常連になります！ と言っていたので、心のなかで、それはちょっと…とつぶやく母でした。 食事はしていないので星はつけていません。 獣臭はかなりきつかったです！

休日に予約なしで利用しましたが、こんなに丁寧な対応をされたのは初めてで感動しました！最初の動物ちゃん達の説明もおもしろいですし話が長くなったらその分延長していただけて どの子も毛艶がよく愛されていることが伝わりとても癒されました 臭いについては確かに強いです。 動物園の獣舎やエキゾチックとかの臭いなので、猫カフェだと思って行くと うっとなると思いますが3分くらいで人間の鼻は慣れます。 触れる子は人馴れしていておやつなしで楽しめました！ 続いて欲しいのでインスタフォローしました。また行きます
